Bali, 6 March 2024 - PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk participated in the 17th ISSA International Conference on Information and Communication Technology in Social Security, which was held in Bali on 6-8 March 2024, which was attended by 400 participants, 126 institutions, 77 countries . Present to accompany BPJS Kesehatan in the WhatsApp Business Pandawa BPJS Health service, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk as the service provider, represented by Mrs. Sri Akhadah as Commercial Director (Smart Cities & ICT).

The conference focuses on demonstrating how data-driven digital transformation has enabled social security institutions to innovate in digital services and achieve their institutional goals. The conference will also highlight how secure use of data helps build resilience and anticipate how new and evolving ICT paradigms will continue to drive digital transformation.

Apart from that, Jasnita also introduced innovation in reading KTP and Family Card number data using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology, a technology that extracts text from images. This technology accelerates GIF, JPG, PNG and TIFF images, which can speed up the data input process up to 8 times.

As additional information, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk is currently the 2023 Pandawa service provider, and has been designated as the winner of the 2024 to 2026 New Pandawa tender in the procurement of Omnichannel services.
